Charlie's Hosts Boystown's Best After Hours!
We feature the greatest local talent in the industry! From our
DJ's to our Lighting and technical engineer, Charlie's is hands
down the best afterhours in Chicago. And if the block long line
outside 1 hour before afterhours is not a sign of that, maybe the
consistent wall to wall crowd of people that we pack in each and
every night certainly is.
If you have never experinenced Charlie's afterhours might we suggest
that you get your happy ass in here! We also pour some of the strongest
drinks in town! Add that to our audio / visual team and you have
the best party in town!
Every Night Until 4 AM!
Afterhours starts immediatly following weekely entertainment events
such as bingo, drag, and country, usually about Midnight or so.
On weekends immediatly following Resident Country DJ Michael B at
1:30 on Friday, and 2:00 on Saturday. Resident DJ LuLu spins on
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. Our tag team DJ's spin on
other days, consisting of Boystown favorite DJ's from Roscoe's,
Duane Thamm, Kevy B, and Mixmaster F.
LIQUID NITROGEN!
And lets not forget that freezing fog that is shot into the air
during the best afterhours that Boystown has to offer. Its really
not freezing fog, he its actually Liquid Nitrogen, Charlie's was
the first in Chicago to install this type of effect. If you have
never experienced our Kryogenic System you are leading a sheltered
life, so ditch the fag hag and get over to Charlie's (and
we really do want you to ditch the fag hag).
Our DJ's have been
entertaining boystown for over 15 years! We have the hottest local
talet as our resident weekly DJ's. We play music you can sing and
dance to! None of that tired worn out circuit music to be found here!
Our DJ's are also accessible to the crowd, so you are welcome to put
your requests in!
